Terms of use

You need a valid email address to use Kairo. You are responsible for your credentials and for every action performed with your account. Accounts are personal: sharing one account between several people is not allowed on individual plans.

Users under the age of digital consent in their country need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Reference prices are set in US dollars and converted to your local currency at payment time. Each plan includes a monthly amount of generations, and video generation is included from Premium upward with the duration and quality limits shown on the pricing page.

Free trial credits and the complimentary trial day are granted once per account and per payment method. Abuse of trials, including duplicate accounts, may lead to suspension.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the current period.

You may not use Kairo to produce illegal content, hateful or harassing material, sexual content involving minors, malware, disinformation presented as fact, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Video requests pass through an automated compliance check and may be refused.

Study AI is a study aid. Submitting generated work as your own where your school forbids it is your responsibility, not ours.

You keep ownership of the files and prompts you send. You grant Kairo the limited right to process them in order to deliver the requested result. Generated output belongs to you; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or acting on it.

Kairo is provided as is. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last twelve months.

You can delete your account at any time from your workspace. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice whenever possible.
